Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between MyGymView (“we”, “us”) and the gym or business that creates a MyGymView account (“you”, the “gym”). By creating an account or using MyGymView you agree to these terms on behalf of your gym. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
MyGymView is online software for running a gym: members and memberships, fees and renewals, payments and receipts, check-in, leads, trainers, staff salaries, reports and related features. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove something important you rely on, we'll try to tell you in advance.
2. Your account and staff
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- The person who creates the account is its owner. The owner decides which staff can access the account and what each role can see and do, and is responsible for everything done under the account.
- Keep passwords private. Remove access for staff who leave. Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
3. Free trial, subscription and payment
- New gyms get a free trial of 14 days. No payment details are needed for the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. The price and billing period are agreed with you before you pay. Payments are made by the methods we accept (for example bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash) and are recorded against your account.
- Your subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment is late, access continues for a grace period of 3 days. After that, your staff will see a notice asking you to renew until payment is received.
- Pausing access does not delete your data. It is kept and becomes available again when your subscription is renewed (see section 7).
- Fees already paid are not refundable for partly used periods, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it. We'll give you reasonable notice before any price change affects your next payment.
4. Your data
- You own your data. The information you and your staff enter — members, payments, attendance, staff and salary records and so on — belongs to your gym. We use it only to provide and support MyGymView, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the information you enter, and for having the right to store it. In particular, you must tell your members and staff that their information is kept in MyGymView, get any consent the law requires (including before sending them WhatsApp or other messages), and only collect what you need.
- You can ask us for a copy of your gym's data at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use MyGymView for anything unlawful, or to store information you have no right to hold;
- send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive;
- try to access another gym's data, or bypass any security or access limits;
- disrupt or overload the service, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep MyGymView available and reliable, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted — for example during maintenance, internet or provider outages. Front-desk check-in can keep working offline on a device that has been prepared for it, and syncs when the connection returns. Some features, such as WhatsApp messages, depend on third-party services that we don't control.
7. Suspension and ending your account
- You can stop using MyGymView at any time by telling us.
- We may pause or close an account if the subscription isn't paid, if these terms are seriously broken, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
- When an account is paused or closed we keep its data so that it can be restored, unless you ask us to delete it. On request we will provide a copy of your data and then delete it, except anything we must keep by law.
8. Liability
MyGymView is a tool to help run your gym; decisions you make using it remain your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, MyGymView is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by message before it takes effect. Continuing to use MyGymView after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan. We'd always prefer to resolve a concern directly with you first.
